This role requires availability to work early mornings and one weekend day.

• Direct and organise the team in filling, displaying, and maintaining stock levels. 

• Guide the team’s workflow to ensure work is carried out efficiently in a positive, collaborative environment. 

• Manage daily stock levels. 

• Maintain clean, tidy, and safe work areas adhering to health and safety regulations. 

• Provide initial and ongoing training for team members. 

• Manage rosters, sickness, and leave, ensuring adequate cover; act as the team’s point of contact. 

• Oversee the team’s delivery of excellent customer service. 

• Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail. 

• Skilled multitasker able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously while supervising a team. 

• Excellent time management skills to prioritise workflow. 

• Adaptable and capable of handling changing schedules and unpredictable circumstances. 

• Positive, solution-focused attitude and supportive of co-workers. 

• Physically fit and able to lift crates of produce up to 20kg.
