From the market garden to your puku
Connings Kitchen came about through something simple — a refusal to let good food go to waste.
When the Connings family started growing and selling fresh produce, they noticed something. Not everything that came off the farm made it to the shelves. Perfectly good produce — slightly off-spec, surplus from the season — was going nowhere. So the kitchen was born.
What doesn't make the shelves gets made into something just as good. Real ingredients, nothing added, nothing wasted. Every wonky carrot gets a second chance.
