This is a pivotal role in our post-harvest operation. You’ll be right at the action point where fresh produce is checked, packed, coordinated, and sent out to customers at its absolute best.

• Full-time (8.30am – 6.00pm)

• One half-day weekend shift required

• Extra hours during peak harvests

• Accurately entering and managing customer orders

• Preparing, packing, labelling, and dispatching produce to a high standard

• Coordinating crates, pallets, and dispatch logistics

• Maintaining quality control, food safety, and compliance standards

• Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and well organised

• Jumping in to support the wider post-harvest team when needed

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt on the fly

• Is physically fit, energetic, and a natural team player

• Likes following processes and staying organised when things get busy

• Takes pride in doing things properly and going the extra mile

• Has solid computer skills

• Holds a forklift licence—or is keen to get one with our support
