• Full-time position

• Approximately 80% field harvesting and 20% pack shed work

• Working as part of a team to complete daily harvesting and packing tasks efficiently

• Following all health and safety procedures and workplace standards

  You’ll be responsible for harvesting parsley to meet quality and productivity targets, while helping ensure the product meets our quality standards before it reaches customers.

• Harvest parsley according to quality and quantity targets

• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily picking tasks

• Handle and move harvested product carefully to maintain quality

• Assist in the pack shed with sorting, packing, and preparation when required

• Follow instructions and company procedures

• Maintain safe working practices at all times

What we are looking for:

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods

• Able to lift and carry crates or boxes as part of the role

• Comfortable performing fast, repetitive hand movements

• Strong attention to detail to maintain quality standards

• Able to follow instructions and work consistently

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• A team player with a positive attitude
