• Full-time position – 45 hours per week

• Hours may flex upwards during peak seasonal periods

• Rostered 5 days over 7, including some weekend work

• A practical, hands-on role working across a range of farm tasks

• Operate a modern transplanter and tractor-mounted planter

• Carry out planting operations safely and efficiently

• Assist with crop maintenance activities as required

• Support harvesting operations during busy periods

• Undertake general farm duties and operational tasks as needed

• Ensure machinery is operated safely and maintained appropriately

• Work closely with the team to meet production targets and daily priorities

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience operating tractors and farm machinery

• Full New Zealand driver’s licence

• Strong work ethic and a positive, practical approach to work

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks when required

• Good mechanical knowledge and care for equipment

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

• Flexible and willing to assist across different areas of the farm
