We are seeking positive and energetic team members to join our Nelson store in a range of roles available which are physical and hands-on with scope for growth and development. Rosters are available on different days and hours, including after school shifts for students, noting that all roles require availability to work at least one day during the weekend.

    • Stock shelves with speed and efficiency, maintain stock levels and ensuring the shop is well presented

    • Rotate fresh produce and goods to ensure quality

    • Lift and move crates of produce and stock throughout your shift (up to 20kg)

    • Receiving and unpacking inwards goods (Grocery role focus)

    • Pricing meat (Grocery role focus)

    • Assisting with stock orders and inventory of perishable items (Grocery role focus)

    • Follow daily set up and pack down procedures swiftly, with care and attention to detail

    • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service

    • Operate the till accurately, process payments, and pack customers’ bags with care

    • Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times

    • Work as part of a team to support the smooth running of the store

    • Physically fit and able to safely lift and carry crates weighing up to 20kg repeatedly throughout your shift

    • Flexible and willing to adapt to different tasks as needed

    • Able to prioritise and stay focussed in a fast-paced environment

    • Take pride in your work and a willingness to go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.

    • Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and team members

    • Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
