• Full-time position – 45 hours per week

• Rostered 5 days over 7, including some weekend work

• Hours may flex upwards during peak seasonal periods

• Based outdoors and working across different areas of the operation

You will be responsible for the safe and accurate operation of spray equipment, preparing and applying crop protection products in line with industry best practice and company procedures. Attention to detail and strong organisation are essential to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Prepare, mix and apply crop protection products in accordance with label instructions and company procedures

• Operate spray equipment and related machinery

• Maintain accurate spray and compliance records

• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly

• Monitor conditions and ensure applications are completed appropriately

• Support other operational tasks across the business when required

What we are looking for:

• Full New Zealand driver’s licence

• Growsafe certification advantageous (or willingness to obtain)

• Previous machinery or agricultural equipment experience beneficial

• Comfortable working with agricultural chemicals and following safety procedures

• Highly organised, diligent and thorough with good attention to detail

• Able to work independently and manage tasks responsibly

• Flexible team player willing to assist in other operational roles when needed

• Reliable and comfortable working outdoors in a dynamic environment
